What support packages are there?

Our standard support package is provided with every web application; whilst further terms apply the main clause for our guaranteed support is that the hosting remain in our hands and that we retain the FTP details, i.e. no 3rd party access to code. Should you require 3rd party access / wish to migrate hosting, this can be arranged and a support agreement can be pre-agreed with you.

What about 24/7 Support?

We understand how crucial 24 hour support is - and we always provide 24/7 support for hosting / downtime issues. For 24 hour web application support, we will provide a quotation for a contract based on your web application when we build your final specification document.
